Design

Receive, review and comment upon FF+E specifications provided by Designer for completeness, economy, maintenance and construction.

Procurement

Purchasing Agent to act as “agent only” on behalf of Owner.

Develop purchase order workflow approval process for Purchase Orders and Change Orders.

Installation

Review Pre-construction document and submit installation budget for Owner's review.
